Happy Birthday Nephew!'

Happy Birthday to my lovely Nephew who is now 19! Time Fly’s... for his birthday treat my husband and two sons are taking him to Le Mans for a weekend of boy stuff, Cars, Camping and all kinds of fun!  I cannot imagine what else they will get up to! So it seemed sort of obvious to make him a Stampin' Up! card with a racing car featured on the front, in shades of reds. I used the Need for Speed stamp set, with Raspberry Ripple ink and DSP World Spectacular (paper), which very fittingly includes sheets of dark red paper with Tickets printed all over it! I used this for the matting on the card and to make a Double Belly Band around the NEW Stampin' Up! Kraft Gift Box that contained his ticket.

Perfect Stampin'Up! you have done it again, managing to make it so easy for me to coordinate everything beautifully!

Bespoke Happy Anniversary Card for a lovely couple.

Special card made for a special friend using the Stampin' Up! 'All Dressed Up' stamp set and framelit die set bundle, Pg 32 in the Making a difference for 25 years Stampin' Up! catalogue. I used  the beautiful  co-ordinating, 2012-2014 'in colours' , Midnight Navy, Summer Starfruit and a touch of Gumball Green, with the Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack. Fun Times spent this week end with Karen Taft  at the Stampin' Up! 2013 Regional Convention in Telford.  Loads of  NEW ! bits and pieces will be coming our way in the NEW Stampin' Up! Summer Catalogue, that is available in June, I can't wait!

Below are  some of the swaps I received at the Convention, GREAT  inspiration for new design ideas. We met some very talented, lovely ladies along the way, all ready to share their crafting ideas. Which goes to show Stampin' Up! ladies are a lovely lot, that love to talk about their passion for paper crafts!

New Crafting Techniques, Stamp Sets , Card stock, Papers, and embellishments, on their way, all in Co-ordinating colours,  along with some matching punches and dies, so exciting!

 All this to be announced in the near future!

Spring

Today is the first day I have heard a neighbour cutting their grass, a sure sign that spring is on its way!

My heart is a little bit lighter with this thought, it feels like it has been a very long winter and I am so ready for it to end!  Happy springtime ;-D
